I want purchase Indie gala packs of 11 games for 3.99$, i Need 3.99$ or more to get these games, but if i click procces payment i need pay 4$ why?

because you are too lazy to manually enter 3.99 in the custom price box. the pre-defined price is always rounded up on indiegala.
