Block [is playing] notifications from SPECIFIC friend?
• I require to see activity notifications from friends A, B, C, D, ... W, X, and Y.
• I require not to see activiity notification from friend Z.
• I require to retain friend Z on my roster.

Is it possible to have all these 3 things simultaneously?
If so, how?

rightclick specific friend -> manage -> notifications -> uncheck global and set what you wanna set.
