how many tickets there?
Using a browser yields the same message.
Using my phone itself gets me a message that says "Denied (003)" I think was the number.
- Another possible thing is if you're connecting to a DNS service, if so either use a public one that good like cloud flare, 1.1.1.1 or change to default.
- Could try restarting modem, unplug it, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in, and test again.
- If using VPN may cause problems.
- If using any anti virus, or data management software that hooks into applications, or manage incoming, or outgoing connections, may consider looking if it's causing interfere.
- Can try flushing your network, open command promt as admin, and give this a try.

If not working still try these in order, then restart, and test.
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
There was a downtime reported, this is likely server side as things aren't stable in the platform right now. I was charged for a game that didn't get deposited to my account, so purchases are also affected. Too bad I can't file a support request via their support ticket system...
Unplugging the ethernet cable, disconnecting from the WiFi then restarting the router seemed to have resolved the issue as I was able to send a support ticket via my home internet again.
