Someone buying things from steam market place without my permission

I was looking at my steam account when I had noticed i was missing money from my account. I had found out that I had recently sold an item that I had put a sell listing for like normally but then when I checked my history it seemed that someone had used my money and bought something very overpriced without my permission. It is now saying transactions are being canceled while I am playing the game meaning he keeps on trying to buy more and more. I'm not sure how to rid this thing so I turn for you in hopes of help.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

to add to what Kitt posted.

Stop giving away your account log in. you are the one that gave the hijackers access to the account. figure out how you did that and stop it. please take your account security more serious or the next account they get into may be more important then a gaming account.

the api key does not make it possible to buy stuff on the commu market. only direct access to the account does.

if this was a wallet wipe, it was 80% malware.

Lots of people claim that. But the thing about phishing is that it's designed to fool people, even people who are convinced they can't be fooled. And if you're just a young kid there might be lots of things you're not experienced with or an expert about.
