You can find out WTF happened, what went wrong and preventing it from happening in future. I suggest you check your trading history. Do you use Steam guard over email or mobile app?

Secure you're account... I mean what else would you do? At worst it sounds like you should have done that days ago... it's not like you need Steam support's permission to do that.

If you believed you were 'hacked' then why wouldn't you secure your account then? Your items were safe but Steam Support weren't to know that you entered your credentials into a phishing site.

This is what happens when you use scam sites - you get scammed. I still can't get my head around why you contacted support instead of securing your account - that's like me leaving my front door wide open and then going to the police station saying I think I might be getting burgled right now.

So I found the trades in my history and they've all gone to some LOOTFARM bots then to an account that doesn't have their profile properly setup

the only thing i can do is lock my account as they've managed to change my email and phone number

I have also not used any sites or whatever to purchase my skins

Are you using Steam guard over email or mobile app? Anyway, you most likely gave access to your account to a phishing site.

I was using the app but i was signed out of it and the number and email has changed. I keep trying to change it back but when you go to verify your password it just keeps saying an error occur

What do you mean by "verify password"?

That doesn't matter - you've used two sites which are linked to phishing that are able to capture your credentials, log these into a real client and then take control of your account and API key used to control trades without your knowledge.

If they went to a bot from that site you've been using then they are the ones that scammed you.

These are legitimate trade services used by thousands of users.

Communist Stig's phone was hacked and steam keys stolen from Steam mobile application. This can be made very easy if you have access to the phone. Unfortunately, this is a new hack method used very often now.

Nonsense. People give their SteamGuard codes away. Phones aren't hacked. Steam scammers aren't that sophisticated.
