Your Steam verification code - SMS

Ive got a SMS about a new steam verification code but i dont requested it.
Its now the second time this happens and i have no clue why. Ive formated and did a clean install of windows 3 days ago and got no viruses or spyware for several years now
My steam password is unique, more than 10 chars and makes no sense at all.

How is this possible ?

this code can be sent out on a account recovery attempt and everything you need for that is your username, email address or your phonenumber. it is enough to know one of these.
