Responding to Steam Support
I recently asked for a refund and Steam Support asked me to respond to the ticket to see whether I want to proceed with the refund or not. The problem is, the only buttons are the ones that ask if my problem got solved. How do I respond to the Steam ticket?

There should be a button "Update my help request" / "No, I need more help" then type in the text box area.

If the ticket is closed, then you need to open a new ticket, depending on your question's, may result on what answers you will get from them.

But it’s telling me that I need to respond to the ticket but there isn’t a text box.
