If so, I'll bet you're logged into the wrong account, as that almost always happens when people post about this. You may even swear blind you only have the one account, but I'll still bet you have another.
You probably created oneway back and forgot about it, or even created on by accident when trying to log in.
Either way, you need to work out what the username was, and log in details.
Also, if you're absolutely certain it is the right account you're using, then check the Steam settings to see if you've got any games hidden from view. What does your purchase history on this account say?
Games Are Missing from my Library
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=5168-EUIA-6643
Because your opening post uses the term "library", where I somewhat interpreted you to mean to say "store".
If games are missing from your library, see that support page. It also tells how to search for other accounts using the same email.
Are you saying that you do have games missing from your library on this account ?
Because that seems like what you are saying.
And if so, speaking of email, you can check old emails for the correct account login name and use that to recover your lost account.
Recovering a Lost or Forgotten Steam Account

And finally, you can get help from Steam support if nothing else works, but you will need proof of ownership of the other account.
My goal was to find two old games (FM 2009 or FM 2010), but from what I was looking for I couldn't even find a code to buy them from here. That is, I can't find them anywhere. I'm not that concerned with them and I'm not too patient about searching for it, so I asked you to help me.
The "library" is your Steam library, not the store. So by using that term, I/we thought you meant that games were missing from your library.
A "library" is the list of games that you have on your account, not what is in the store. Just FYI.
If you can't find a game on Steam, you can check stores like GOG or other trusted key retailers.

Unless you can find a disc version, you're out of luck.
