Can you buy a game without billing information?

4 months ago i bought gta 5 on steam. I had 25€. When i bought it i had 7.06€ left.

But now i want to buy a game and i cant because i need to type in billing information. The game costs 5.59€. Please help!!!

You can go to stores and get Pre-paid cards. You can also buy gift cards if the site allows it.

You just need to fill in your home address, so Valve can see how much to tax this purchase and to which state or country to pay the tax. Don't overthink it just because they call it billing information. The purchase will, as normal, be deducted from your steam wallet.
