Steam support response time

I was wondering if anyone knows the average response time for Steam/Valve for a ticket.

Now I need their help to add ESO to my account and I created a ticket.
Last time I contacted them was over 2 years I think and a reply took 2 weeks....
I am kinda wondering if that has been improved somewhat...

Yes well those are not really posts from the last couple of months.
Thanks for the reply anyway, I am going to wait and see how long it takes.
I will respond here so others know what to expect in the future for average response time :)

You can filter them by "time" now, seen in the window selectable in the top right of the search result.

EDIT...and you can also try different search terms than I used. ;)

They did respond to my request after 1 day.

3-5 business days, but it can be longer if the ticket volume is high -- creating additional tickets will not bump any other tickets to the front of the line.
