Need help with getting old account back

A while ago i lost my first steam account. I just found the key for a game i had on that account.
Is there any way to use that key to get the account back?

Done that.. And i pick "Retail CD Keys". But the "Steam Support ticket" link send me back to help. So i don't see where to go from that page. I have been looking

There is no options for a game key there. and i dont know what the username or the email is. it was hacked a while ago so. and it was all changed. Is there no support mail?

i think you have to be logged out for that in order to work.
