And it's known to have keys like that.
That site knows that. They know Steam will not reveal private information.
They just are deflecting from the fact that they scammed you and don't care
Next time purchase only from authorized resellers
As Satoru said, Valve will not provide you with such infromation. G2A knows that as well, yet they require it for a refund or to re-issue a key.
If you can't do it through G2A, then try through your payment (ie: Credit/debit, paypal).
I'm gonna guess it's long, hard and not ribbed for her pleasure.
At least Origin and GOG have the courtesy to supply their own servers.
At the moment Steam's set up is subsidising its competitors and some of them are as dodgy as f...orget what.

And for the purpose of reselling keys without being a retailer, there are already clauses against doing it in any sales that involves Steam keys and doing so is a technically a violation of the EULA... They can be bartered, traded, given away, or handed out as prizes, but not resold.
Uhm ... you do not download keys from servers. And a Steam key is always in some way paid for, because it allows you to use their services.
Steam IS PC download gaming. Most developers wouldn't want to give up on Steam. Other retailers could pay a service charge for using Steam's servers. Unscruplous developers could otherwise "sell" the game at a high price on Steam, and then actually distribute via other retailers or themselves at a far lower price and effectively get Steam's download services for free.
There are a LOT of posts ATM about how other sites are cheaper than Steam and not all are genuinely independent (like Origin or GOG) . Let them pay their way and stop subsidising your competitors.

Steam doesn't, at the moment, get any money for Steam keys not sold by Steam.
