BIOS-Time load mystery
If I deactivate java and iCue on startup, I will get a BIOS-time boot that lasts longer than my normal 8.0 seconds. How the F can this be? https://imgur.com/a/fUyHRia

the bios time is the bios time, it has nothing to do with windows or any software. it is the time that your bios needed to get stuff done, like detecting and checking hardware.

what you have screenshotted there with the influence on the start. that is for when windows really boots.
the time of that procedure you will find in the event viewer -> application -> microsoft -> windows -> diagnostics performance -> event id 100.

most BIOS have a fast check option , and hot boot is not same as cold boot, if its that you notice.
