Suspicious activity on my profile

Hey there guys, I just checked my activity on this page: http://steamcommunity.com/id/mrgenius24/friends/coplay/ , so when I went to the "Recently played with" tab in my "Friends" section. It says how I played "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - Dedicated Server" recently, while I never did it and don't even have the game in my library. What's going on? I've changed my password. Would that log out a potential intruder using my account from elsewhere? Should I be safe now?

Your pc might have some kind of malware.

change your passwords.
deauth other steam devices.

I've run an antivirus test, and there were some threats apparently. Thanks for the help.

you could also try checking any of your pirated games for malware.

I grabbed all those games as free steam keys and never got around to play them :/

You cant "grab a steam code" for spacewar. Stop pirating steam games.
