Cant Login to steam yet

Good day!

I still cant log in to steam app since January 30, 2019, once I enter the steam guard code, it stuck at the log in UI

Maybe Steam got corrupted. I'm just taking a guess on this. You could try reinstall steam, when you uninstall steam, make sure the Steam folder is removed, then reinstall Steam.

You're not on Windows XP, or Vista by any chance are you?

i already reinstalled steam like 13 times i think since then , and nope, im on windows 7 pro

backup and delete the userdata folder.
try again.

Not sure what to tell you really. You could try running Steam as Admin, but last case, and mostly not something I recommend at all really. but it's to eliminate all the possibilities, is doing a fresh install of Windows, or unless you're using a 3rd party software that's interfering, or done something that compresses file size, which could affect things.
