Steam Account Doesn't Exist

The problem started yesterday. I had just gotten on my computer, ready and excited to start the new siege update when it kept on pausing. Over and over and over again. So, like any reasonable person, I went and looked up the problem. I found a forum post that said to clear the download cache and restart it. So, I did as it said, and got a message saying "You will have to login again"--which sounded perfectly fine to me. At least at first. I reopen steam and reenter my account name and password."Incorrect Steam name or password." Okay... well I tried multiple other account names that could have worked, and after exhausting all names and passwords I could think of I clicked on "Can't sign in." Keep in mind that this account has all my games on it and over 300 bucks of content on it. So I reenter all of the possible usernames I could think of and it persisted with "This account doesn't exist."--but it does exist because i had literally just used it ten minutes ago! I tried all the troubleshooting I could think of and nothing would work. My email and phone number were apparently not associated with an account now for some ♥♥♥♥ing reason too. When you look at my account--which is called "lowkey.caps" or "n-o-caps"--a pop up appears that says "this account has an un-updated steam client" or something. I seriously doubt that I was banned or suspended, can anyone help? (BTW this acc im using rn is completely different and has no games, obviously)

pretty sure you just mess up your account name

the steam account name you login with is not changeable
every(most) email from Steam will mention the Steam account name. so check your emails for the correct account name.
