Visit your library page on your profile.

you can not fully do that in any convenient way with Steam websites only.

but here are the closest methods:

the public list:
https://steamcommunity.com/my/games/?tab=all
manually: your community profile -> games (number)

this list is searchable and a bit sortable
it will not contain games that are banned from Steam and certain other "side products".

or here:
https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/
everything activated on your account.

does not list all your games, if you bought/activated a pack with multiple games in it, just the pack name will be listed, not the individual games.

if you wanna get hacky:
https://store.steampowered.com/dynamicstore/userdata/

json formatted data that includes all your activated packages on your account, which you could cross-reference with SteamDB.

i would just download Steam client and look at the library because lazy come lazy go.

he says while logged in... so going to thr profile page games tab will show EVERYTHING, except for anime/movie titles/games delisted on steam from developer and/or expelled from steam which don't matter since those are all troll games.

If he wants to make it viewable while not logged in he can just edit profile , privacy settings and change that.
