this list is searchable and a bit sortable
it will not contain games that are banned from Steam and certain other "side products".

everything activated on your account.
does not list all your games, if you bought/activated a pack with multiple games in it, just the pack name will be listed, not the individual games.

json formatted data that includes all your activated packages on your account, which you could cross-reference with SteamDB.
i would just download Steam client and look at the library because lazy come lazy go.
If he wants to make it viewable while not logged in he can just edit profile , privacy settings and change that.
