AMEX (American Express) not in Payment Methods?
I tried to purchase steam load, only to find out that Steam doesn't have AMEX available as a Payment Method

Is this intentional or is it because of where I live (philippines) ?

^This. If you don't see the select payment method, then means you don't have that option at all due to where you live, as each country has their own types of payment methods.

You can try using bank transfer instead, whatever bank transfer that shows as a payment option for you on Steam, may it be PayPal, PaySafe, or etc, and link your credit card to that bank transfer.

There was a recent change in regards to AMEX. It seems that only AMEX can now only be used for US purchases on Steam. If Paypal is available as a payment option on Steam in your country/region, you can still pay with your AMEX through that as a workaround.

Well. ByeBye Steam. Supports PayPal with higher fees but no amex.

You do realize Paypal accept Amex right? Not like can't use paypal, and wouldn't be charged more as be paying Euro if I assume it correct you being in Germany.

You do realize Paypal accept Amex right? Not like can't use paypal, and wouldn't be charged more as be paying Euro if I assume it correct you being in Germany.
Yeah but I don’t use PayPal. You can use it I just don’t like the company itself.
