HELP PLEASE! My steam language is broken!

My steam language was normal and now it got changed to chinese (or something like that) and i can't fix it! I have my steam language set to english but it's still chinese! Even when i'm typing this now! I want quick response and fix! Please...

steam is not set to english, that is clearly chinese.

steam -> settings(5th menu point) -> interface(5th menu point) -> first dropdown menu -> set to english and restart steam as a popup box will tell you.

You have to hit "save" at the bottom of the page.

as you can see the friend list, add game and you can see it on top left
the shop is actually in the language that i wanted it to be
