Discount not applied when putting bundle in shoppingcart.
Hi,

I wanted to buy the "Activision Collection" on steam. During this wintersale it price drops from 440,61€ to 196,81€. At least that's what the store page tells me.
as you can see in screenshot following this storepage image [imgur.com]

But when I go to the page where I can check out, the price is changed.
I now get this : shoppingcart image [imgur.com]

As you can see the price is now being put on 241,61€

Why I don't get the price from the storepage?

This is the estimated amount of all the articles within your shopping cart. Not the price at all. You'll get the right price at the end. This means the drop will take place later and you have only to pay the price after discount which is given on the storepage.

Steam doesn't estimate prices. What they show in the cart is what they'll charge you.

Looks like it's adding some extra item to cart what isn't listed on the bundle, didn't look which one it is.
For me it's saying i have 18 games missing from that bundle. When adding to cart, it is listing 19 items. So, we did not agree to add that extra item.

This is the tailored bundle what OP is talking about https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/6451/Activision_Collection/

sometimes the store page shows a package within a bundle as owned which in reality, the package is not owned by the account. checkout will state the real price. store page might be wrong in several cases. mostly bundles from bigger publishers because they are mostly too incompetent to set things up correctly or do this intentionally.

Has anyone found a fix for this yet? Exact same issue that affected OP is now happening to me for some reason. I had been thinking of completing the call of duty franchise collection for a little while now.

I own everything except 3 map packs so naturally the price came to $60 AUD to complete the collection. When I checked it last time it remained $60 when I went to checkout but today was the first time I noticed that something was wrong since it was charging me $140 AUD in checkout instead of the usual $60 and also claimed I would not get an extra copy of COD: Ghosts despite owning every single thing in that bundle including all of the cod games apart from 3 modern warfare map packs.

From what I can see It has also affected the Activision collection bundle and the Wolfenstein bundle which is a bit frustrating. I have only ever noticed the problem today and it doesn't seem to affect other game bundles. I tried about a dozen of them and they were fine.

I am totally aware of the differences between the type of bundles that are listed on Steam but this is purely based on the ones that specifically deduct the games that you own from the total 'complete your collection' bundle price.

If anyone knows a fix i'd really appreciate it, cheers.
