Lost 50 euros

Never again i will put my money on steam wallet.

I payed with paysafe, but then it was working to slow end i got nothing.

i checked history,and it was pending ( 50 euro). I sendet ticket and asked for help.

I only got automated mail.

Later i checked history again, and now no evidence of my 50 euros. No pending nothing.

Thanks steam for nothing.

Pending means Valve hasn't got the money yet.
It can turn into;
1. Sucessful - You get the game/wallet money
2. Failed - You don't get the game/wallet money and your money is on hold, your payment processor will return it to you within the next few business days.

You probably didn't lose your money. It's on hold and will be transferred back to you in a few business days.

There still is a huge problem, though... Payments aren't coming through, and it's annoying.

I have used paysafecard on here and gog and never had an issue. All the transactions i have made with this method where instant and trouble free.

To the OP. Did you go back to the paysafe homepage and check the credit using your code?
It will tell you how much you have left.

Steam seems to have payment issues all around today. I have several failed purchases myself, and so do friends. Weird thing is that they don't communicate about this or answer support tickets.

I got the same issue. Using paysafe card to buy DLC on STEAM. They take the prepaid codes but the purchase doesn't make it into my library.
I can see that the money was deducted from the cards. Yet the purchase page never updates nor does the content unlock. STEAM has become a steaming pile crap lately.

And no. Paysafecard doesn'T have issues all over the place, it works totally fine on all the other stores which have similar XMAS sales at the moment. I just purchased stuff on EPIC and GOG today and that worked flawlessly aswell. Never had any issues with that since years. All my libraries are mainly purchased with that method since at least the last 10-12 years!!!

It is STEAMs end, that doesn't finalize purchases. Stop giving crap advice.

its paysafecards fault, not steams.

paysafecard went really downhill since Scum of the earth Skrill bought it, blocking codes and holding them ransom for sensitive information and documents without prior warning, etc.

Tip: use a better payment method than paysafecard, or buy steam wallet cards with btc
