animated mini-profile

i got an animated mini-profile but it's not showing for me
it says it's enabled
can anyone else see it?
is there a way to fix it?

Hello. I also have the same problem. What do you mean with "hover over"? English is not my mother tongue so I codul not understand. If you mean leaving my mouse on my profile pic, I tried it but nothing happens..

No. Activate it through your inventory. Should be on your last page in the Steam tab.

Same problem here. But some dudes/dudettes say that its broken atm.

They are broken since the last Steam client update. I also miss them. Hopefully Steam will fix them soon. We used to be able to hold mouse over avatar of Steam member and see a larger view of it plus the mini profile animations now its static. The only time I can see this now is in my friends list.
