Can you imagine a racing car that has wheels designed and engineered without regard to the suspension, traction control and torque?
You were complaining about how the drop-down button is badly designed. I just pointed out that it's design is the standard for drop-down buttons: a rectangle with an arrow pointing downwards on the right-side. That's how drop-down buttons universally look.
I'm not talking about the entire library interface, I'm talking about this one button. Whatever else you're going on about here is completely irrelevant.
Did you look at the image linked in reply #5? You do need to be in Large Mode (default), Big Picture and Small Mode are different.
