no game hours and achievement
hi, i have a problem,with two games in my library. The long dark and lego:the lord of the ring, i played more hours offline but when(today) i came back online, it was 0 hours of both games and 0 achievements unlocked!!

please help me..THX

does steam ingame work, or have you turn off overlay. ( shift + tab )

and rest is exit game correclty, i think no termination of app.

sure it has been seen before, hours dont match and it correct itself later.

i have forgotten i think it was tomb raider , if overlay was turn off no achivement and other say it has nothing to do with it. ( mods can also cause this to be turn off i doubt it that in this case.

im not sure about this it was yesrs ago back then achivements was a new thing and people dont care about it. ( and some still do ) we other just accept it.

some games steamworks features and playtime counting will not work using Steams offline mode or while being disconnected from the internet.

this is also truth seen that with skyrim and yet other clam then go online again then you get them, its very hard figure out or depend on game registation of it.

but its possible recover these lost hours and achiviements? maybe i could send an email to steam assistence.

replay. Steam support will not manually add stuff to your account.

no this is automatic, but as other user point out , i also think you need to be online to get them any yet other TW shogun2 user claim they got them then they got online. so its very hard to give a reply that cover this way how things work. maybe its depend on each game or game devs that that is the issue. and maybe allow get them offline also. this actual make sense. but i have no clue what options devs has in this.
