Do I really have to wait 11 months until I can trade or sell the item? :DSTskull:

The crate key? No. It actually spells out the month for you.

Oh wait no.. it's like month/date/year, right? I thought it was day/month/year. Nevermind :DSTskull:

Understandable mistake. US date format is weird, happens to me half the time too. ;-)

The only item with that date on it is actually written out for you. It is not all numbers. You can not mistake that.

Steam tries to localize dates and times for you when possible. when in doubt, it is the senseless format the mericans use.
mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss am/pm

which is the case here.

We write it like we say it. You ask me the date, I’ll say January 6th, 2019 (1/6/19), not the 6th of January 2019.

Both formats make sense though, depending on how you look at it, but we’re too stubborn to change,
