banned permanently after buying proxima royal

hi i had a complaint i sent to the developer in proxima royal afterwards he had banned me from all forums for haveing an opinion about his game who do i talk to so i can get this developer warned he cannot do that to ppl who bought his game

i basically stated to him that the servers are never opened to the public and the six months i have had the game i have never got to play it, so he banned me

Can't you get a refund?

It's absurd they can't handle some critique. It's Early Access for crying out loud. I'd be furious if this would happen to me.
You're allowed to have an opinion. Esp. if you were decent about it.

Take it up with the people who sold you it. That's what I would do.

you did not buy any game, you invested in to a game. this is a crowdfunding project still development.

please follow and read their plans to see how well your investment was, like f.e. this latest announcement:

that would have answered your complaints. if you don't understand of what you are spending money on, i would recommend you to stay aways from any early access or other crowdfunding projects.
