Oh and if you can sign in on web but not client I wouldn't have bothered posting in the first place as I'm not sure of the solution..............

in client it says password is incorrect n in client it says browsers it working

go to folder:
.\Steam\userdata\
backup everything inside and then delete it
start Steam
login
