There's "collections" tab on the /myworkshopfiles/ page.
Strange, your collection doesn't have the buttons, at least for me. Probably that's because I don't have the game, I'm not sure. Contact Steam Support.
There is a new restriction for banned users in a game hub that now encompasses this.
When editing your playlist in "Edit basic collection information" you'll see an option where it says "What kind of collection is this?" you'll see two options you can check. "Items that work together" and "Items that users should choose between". If you checked the latter option then it removes the Subscribe to All and Unsubscribe from All buttons, but if you check the first one (and it literally says "will show a 'subscribe to all' button") then they'll show up.
What are you talking about.
When you create your own collection you choose if it will have the "Subscribe to all" button or not by selecting if the items work together or not before saving the new collection.
If someone else's collection does not have the "Subscribe to all" button this means they chose that the items do not work together, either by mistake or on purpose because they don't recommend subscribing to everything.
You can edit your own collection to get the "Subscribe to all" button if you mistakenly chose that the items do not work together but for other peoples collections they would have to change it themselves so that others can subscribe to all.
