the publisher also sells a seperate mac version of mw2 (in retail)
cod is also the only game on Steam that also sells a seperate mac version of BO on Steam itself. no one else does this.
i would be careful *to who you listen to*. fanatical is not good with refunds and their store page clearly just advertises mac, not windows.
If they did not specifically state which OS it was or misguided their customers in any circumstances, it would be their fault and would have to offer a refund.

There is a description at the bottom under Systems that specifies that it is Mac but as far as i'm aware, anything that is supposedly developed in partnership with Aspyr would obviously be a Windows key as well.
So either way, you are taking a risk and by means of saying this, i'm not suggesting it is a bad one.
