Worst Thing That Happened to the Steam App
WebRoot blocked Steam from opening and now IT DOESN"T WORK PROPERLY ANYMORE! I temporarily disabled my FireWall and turned it back on once the app was on. It worked the first time, BUT NOT THE SECOND TIME! I've tried everything to fix it! But all it's giving me is a CONNECTION ERROR EVEN THOUGH MY INTERNET IS WORKING! All I have to go on is Offline Mode! I will never go on online mode at this rate!

uninstall the mentioned malware named webroot and then google how to fix what this "award-winning cybersecurity solution" messed up with your system.
Contact the product company and ask what to do.
Or do the settings.

Hi I run Webroot just fine with steam. You can add the steam app as protected in the webroot settings. Identity protection in webroot control panel cick it, click identity proctection tab and at the bottem right corner add app click it you will have to browse for the app on the C drive. It wll be in the steam file. Hope it helps good luck mate.
I can't download from the workshop! I tried contacting Valve today, 8/17/2018, AND THE SUPPORT IS BOGUS!

You should contact webroot support so they help you fix that.
Always do the settings for programs.
