Official Group Avatar Issue

I decided to showcase one of the official (game) groups in favorites on my profile page. The issue is that the image for that group is broken. Any ideas who should i contact to fix that?

You could probably post in the game forum for Alien Swarm.

I'm looking for help here because I'm sure I won't get any help there. (Alien Swarm forum is not related to the Official Group I'm showcasing)

write in the group itself. they will have to reupload their avatar.

the group itself is the community hub for the game.

I'm in contact with the group owner and he's clueless where is the issue. Can you please provide a screenshot?

please repick you favorite group in your profile settings. it works fine as you can see on my profile.

what you picked as favorite group is the game hub (which are technically still groups) but you could not have picked that without modifying code.

There, I changed it from Alien Swarm: Reactive Drop to Alien Swarm. Same issue, 2 different games and 2 different Official Game Groups. I could do it for every game... The issue persists...

no need, i know how this works.

srsly, you follow a guide that tells you to modify hidden stuff and you expect everything to work flawlessly afterwards?
the image does not work because you are not supposed to do that.

you either pick a real group that you can natively select from the list as your favorite one
or
you have to accept that the image of that gamehub "group" does not work.

it should be even mentioned by the guide that the image will not work.
