Unable to receive trade offer

I am unable to redeem skin from {LINK REMOVED}csgopoints.com because for some reason it still says "Friends can send you trade offers" whereas as you can see i already set my inventory to public. Everyhthing else is also set to public.

I am unable to find how to send them a message/ticket! lol omggg i can see this is going to be a problem. This is so unfair though I bought a skin and it is going to expire in 7 days while I am waiting for the steam guard authentication for 15 days! THIS IS VERY UNFAIR AS I HAD NO IDEA I HAD TO DO ANY OF THAT FOR TRADING. AND I AM EVEN UNABLE TO FIND HOW TO CONTACT THEM. VERY DISAPPOINTED AT STEAM. THANK GOODNESS I ONLY GOT ONE SKIN AND TRIED TO DO THIS, I KNEW SOMETHIING STUPID LIKE THIS WOULD HAPPEN....

Why are you complaining here? Your beef is with that third-party site. Go complain to them!

and this has nothing to do with Steam. you and the 3rd party website have an issue.

if it is about the website in your name ... their website has a help button, may try click it.

This does have to do with steam because it is a stupid rule to wait 15 days and their failure to notify me of this when joining steam. This should be done right at the beginning of account creation or something. Or at least a little alert like "your account is still unable to trade" so set up the authenticator...etc.

And csgopoints did it :) they extended my time for the stupid 15 days. Wow csgopoints are so much more helpful than steam :D

Steam guard is being set up by default for every new account and you get notified about the hold the first time you trade. Which is perfectly allright as there are people who domt care about trading amd just want to play games. Shoving trading into those people faces isnt helpful. Besides, waiting for 15 days wont kill you.
