Account frozen
My account is frozen due to a credit card challenge to a purchase. That purchase has been cleared up, but the account is still frozen. How do I become allowed to make purchases once again?

Hi, You really have to contact steam support or reply to your support ticket.

You'll need to reverse the chargeback (pay the money back) then contact steam support to let them know you did it.

Or contact steam support and wait for further instructions from them.

When I go there, it just tells me that "Purchasing has been disabled for your account" but there is no way to remove this. Is there another way to get a hold of someone from Steam?

And there doesn't seem to be a support ticket. Any way to find that?

select the purchase that was charged back and there is a button for asking questions about it.
