probably desktopcapture over a second screen/pc over capurecard and then you just composite the screen with whatever you want.

Steam itself does not support this.

Steam does not support native webcam or the use of any other streaming software other then Steam itself and i said how this was probably done, there was no need to provide any examples, especially not of someone that is actively pitching his own game atm.

Apparently you can stream with OBS by using http://steamcommunity.com/broadcast/upload/ ,
but it says

"{"success":15,"msg":"Access is denied (15)"}" for me.

(ACCESS DENIED)
