This site still supports TLS 1.0 - will be a PCI-DSS violation after June 30
The PCI-DSS standard will prohibit using TLS 1.0 for handling credit/debit transactions starting on June 30:

Is Valve ready to comply? I haven't seen any notices of this change, which is a good idea to ensure web users have a TLS 1.2 ready browser by the 30th.

P.S. HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) may be required too, but I can't seem to find a definitive answer on that.

and what will happen if they don't?
nothing. because that is a private company meme'ing some "rules" in exchange for money.

did you check btw how the transaction process on Steam works and what encryption it uses?
probably not, otherwise this here would not exist.

Steam could lost milions in fines due to "breaking" international law, it is a private company and "bypasses" some of the rules but there are still some that they must obey
