Steam Store Currency
I wonder is there any way for my steam to show AUSD (Australian Dollar) on games in steam store, cause my setting and location is set to Australia but yet all game prices come up as USD for some reason. :safehouse::supplies:

Not yet, no. Valve's still appealing their $3m fine by our courts, I wouldn't expect any news on our currency becoming available until that's over.

The ACCC took them to court for breaching the Australian Consumer Law by misrepresenting customers' rights to them, and won. Valve appealed to the Federal Court, but the decision was upheld. Now they're asking for leave to have the High Court rule on it. I don't think it's been announced whether that will be allowed, or when it would be heard.

Thanks for the update Gus; I guess that does explain the notice at the bottom of Store page at the moment.

australian dollar has seperate usd pricing since several years because of the lawsuit situation. so devs enter a seperate usd price for australia.
