I can't login to my Steam account on Bluestacks on Windows 10 64 bit

It does not exist so you can void any kind of security gained by using the app for 2FA on the same device as the client software is running.
Bluestacks is an Android emulator, doesn't mean you should use it to run the Steam mobile app on it.
You should inform yourself on why two factor authentication is a thing and why it makes your account a lot more secure.
And why running 2FA on the same device where you log in is a terrible thing.

it is not meant for the specific task what you want to use it for. just by pure concept this is a very terrible usecase scenario.

But I have my phone taken away sometimes to outside until they come back which is a very long time and I want to trade easier by getting it on PC so you don't have to switch/go to ur phone everytime and do that verify trade ♥♥♥♥.
