Steam client suddenly larger and zoomed
So I set my steam to start and login minimized when I boot up windows. This morning I got a "Friend playing game" notification and I noticed that it was abnormally large (the size of the notification bubble and the font, everything). Being curious, I went on to my client only to notice that the window is larger for some reason that the font and basically everything is bigger. Right now I'm quite uncomfortable as I'm not used to this. I find it very ugly and unattractive and I really want it back to how it was. Any ways to fix this? Thanks

Hey, I'm having the exact same issue, I haven't changed any settings, but suddenly (a day or three ago), my steam is larger and I have no idea why. It looks really bad.
Anyone found any solutions yet? My entire steam client is zoomed and laggy...

Turn on Steam Beta Updates, and followed by restart your Steam. So, your Steam can take last Beta Update. After this, disable DPI scaling checkbox under to Settings > Interface way. This is 100% solution for this problem, i'm sure.

For anyone ending up here through the Googler, try

Settings/Interface - Uncheck Scale Text and Icons to match monitor settings
