Can't get onto steam store due to Xfinity?
Nor even my profile or activities nor even the marketplace. I'm on my phone having to message this cause not even discussions is working on PC. Xfinity for some reason won't let me do anything on Steam all of a sudden. It started a few hours ago. It says this:

"Dear Xfinity Customer,

We experienced a technical issue while attempting to notify you about your XFINITY Internet Service. A copy of the notice was sent to your XFINITY Internet email account.

Click HERE to close this message (doesn't fix anything)

If the problem persists, please call Comcast Security Assurance at (phone number here) and reference AUPM Notice."

Downloads/Updates on Steam won't do anything either. I can get onto Twitter/YouTube/Google/etc of popular sites but Steam and a few websites won't work.

Restarted the router didn't work either. Editing the router security doesn't work either nor is disabling the Protection option. Anyone else getting this? Please help.

Actually magically it decided to work. o3o was doing it all yesterday and today till JUST NOW it's working and Steam is back online. Xfinity being derps?

Nevermind, it's back. x.x This time it looks different. But says the same thing. Last one had the ©2015 Comcast, this one has the ©2018 Comcast.
all my friends and family are having the exact same problem.
Can not download or update games, can't access my profile or groups, most of steam functions blocked by the comcast error, and bunch of other sites having some issues but steam having the most.

but you know that it is your internet provider injecting this message, right?

there is nothing Steam can do.
Okay, I called in and apparently there was an outage with their systems. If you call in, and sit on hold for a while, they can refresh your service and it'll be right as rain. Apparently they just didn't get everybody with their refresh, hope this helps.
