How to fix the Dx11 error on Intel HD graphics card

I have been trying to run Space Engineers with DX11 but everytime I try to load the game I get an error message that says "Your graphics card is unsupprted". But I know my graphics card is working because I have a Intel HD graphics card, driver version 9.17.10.2982, running DirectX version 11.0. I don't understand why its giving me the DX11 error. Any help fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Which intel hd? intel hd 2500 supports dx 11

depends on which intel igp you have and does the game say it supports intel ? ,
the driver may support dx11 but your igp may not

try to uninstall the driver and reinstall, if not work contact intel by support site and ask a solution

Im not sure what model Intel HD, or Intel IGP I have, or even how to find out. But the game does support Intel. And Im running the game on a HP Pavilion Desktop with Intel HD Graphics for 2nd Generation Intel Processors.

-> igpu hd 2/3000 -> max dx version 10.1

the game requires dx version 11

you played 900 hours you have on the game on your current machine or did you do that on another one?

I played the game on my current machine with the dx9-32bit Beta settings. And my machine has a Intel Pentium CPU G645 @ 2.90 GHz if that helps.

That one does not support DirectX11. Period.

That IGP only supports 10.1. You can't play DX11 games on it.
