Can a mouse pad help uneven surface?
I have an old plastic folding table as my desk and it has a slight concave in the center causing my mouse to have some issues responding. Not a optimal set up, but it works. I was wondering, could a mouse pad could remedy this problem? Thank you.

some mousepads are hard plastic, so they would even out uneven surfaces.

Find a flat board laying around and put that on it.

I'm waiting for my new desk and I'm using a wooden TV tray that works amazing. I also put a mouse pad on my recliner arm when in front of the TV. I had the recliner as part of my set up until I bought a new desk & chair.
