Also it's definitely not a power issue, because when I used it on my PC it only had two bars of power from using it wirelessly on my PS4. But when I plugged it back in to check the battery life, it was full.
I game sometimes with a PS4 controller, but it never disconnects as I use it in big picture mode and with a wired connection. This could be an option for you.
However, if you do not want to play with a wired connection, I recommend you download DS4. DS4 is the same as PS4C.
that is the active fork of the tool.
I've tried to download DS4 but my computer won't let me. After some time I managed to get one of these. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07J5WFPXX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This helped improve the connection to my computer, mostly because I lacked bluetooth apparently. I still experience some disconnection here and there. But it's usually when I have the controller connected and the wire loosens when I tug it to one side too far.
Basically, check the bluetooth on your computer to see if it's working properly.
