DLC Missing - How do I redownload it?

I have the purchased GOTY edition. Says "installed 2011" but this is a NEW PC where I downloaded all my games. NONE of the DCL for any games are showing up. HOW do I get them to download and install?

that is not the install date, that is the date it was added to you your account.

ask in the games own board how to access the the DLC parts of the game.

It is not about how to access it. it is NOT there. When I click "bonus" content in the menu it brings me to the shopping cart to buy it.

Go to your library and on the games page you should see a DLC tickbox for any additional external content. Ensure that these are ticked for any of the material to install. Not all games have this feature as some DLC is built in or redeemed in-game itself but some do and any that are unchecked wont see the content downloaded.

They are all checked. I have unchecked them, closed, and reopened and checked them again. Twice. 2nd time was a complete restart. They are NOT downloading or installing.
