Red Account Alert HELP
Ok here we go. I use my account the username is "theguxi" for about 6+ years. This wasn't suppose to be my main steam, it was made for i 4got what reason. BUT it became my main. To shorten the story, i 4got the "Original Email" because i changed it to my main mail. Then i bought a new pc and everything was great then i lost my phone and phone number. I had two numbers and i lost the one where my steam verification was. To shorten the story again, i could not login after i put fresh system on my pc so i got up and recovered that long lost number luckily and i entered my steam account and found red "ACCOUNT ALERT". I contanted steam support but they ignore that i bought games with my money and everything even if i gave my mastercard info and EVERYTHING. They just repeat like i'm speaking with a robot "We need the original email adress". Even if they for that "Account alert" ask different things and NOT MY original email adress. They still dont want to remove the red "Account Alert". Is there any other options or something, i mean i have a lot of games that i play with my friends, i dont want to spend another 150+ euros on a new steam...and i dont even want to mention 1000+ items in inventory.

The point is. I could not log in without phone number and original email. I got number back now i can log in but i cant play anything or go online to see my friends. But i can enter games and go in party with them but not play with them.

My friend gave me this account to use it for Dota while i deal with this account problem. Please help me in anyway you can....please!

Thank you in advance and sorry for the long post and bad english. I would appreciate any help or suggestion. Sorry if i left something out. Feel free to ask me for more info on this topic.

You MUST provide them with everything they ask for or they can refuse to let you regain access to the account.

But seeing as you were NOT the original account creator...

Support can not and will not remove the account alert or let you have full access to an account that you did not create yourself.

he needs assistance with his original account, as far as he told. the bombardersrb account seems to be his friends, unrelated to red account alert. though its true account share shouldnt happen.

You borrowed an account for dota and to fix this problem, both are a problem really.

Support usually asks for the 1st email, phone number, wallet card#, gift card# game key added and credit card info (usually 3 of all those) to ensure it was you who created the account.

Don't give them what they want, you don't regain access.

Ok it seems you dont understand. I use this account to atleast play dota with friends because i can play MMR here without having to play 100 normal games. My friend gave me because he has his main and this, but he rarely used this in some time.

My original account i can login on it and everything i just cant post, open topics, play online but i can still enter the game and party for some reason. i gave all info except that email that i cant remember. I mean is the Card info, games that i myself bought, location where i live and phone number and email that i use in last 6+ years not enough? Is that email so important that everything else is ignored like i did not spent my own money? I dont want to be rude or anything but i'm not so bloody stupid to buy games that are worth 60e on account that is not mine. I mean i have acces to everything, there was just that situation with a lost phone and that phone number with it. But i didnt have a problem loging in, it just appeared when i put new fresh system on my PC.

I understand just fine.

Give support what they asked for and they'll remove the account lock.

They want the 1st email the account used. Give it to them or the account stays locked forever.

The account was locked due to 1 or more of these infractions...

I gave them everything except the email wich i would be very happy to give if i could remember something that i created randomly then transfered it after a very short time to my main mail that i use. But they still refuse to give me full acces to my account.

I gave EVERYTHING i even took pictures of games, mail massages when i bought games and everything. Just except that one ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ email adress....

They want the 1st email.

You will not get any further until you give them what they want.

This is not a negotiation. They want what they want. NOTHING else.

There is a reason why they ask for what was first linked onto your account. I already stated what they usually want...

So if it says that i need to give card info, proof that i bought games and everything that points with a big arrow on me with letters "HIS ACCOUNT" they will ignore it and ask for the 1st email adress even if i used that account resently and if they can see and they probably can, constantly day after day for hours and hours? Nice, very nice. Thank you for the info my friend. I will try from desperation, i cant belive this...6+ yerars and my hard working money goes dotn the drain because of the stupid email adress...i just cant belive it.

Complain to support as they are 100% in charge of the whole situation about the account lock.

It's only funny when you realize that by sharing accounts at all, all accounts you've admitted to sharing are at risk of being frozen or banned entirely, because it's a blatant misuse and breaking the terms of service.

Hotsauce has been entirely more patient with that attitude you've got, than you probably deserve at this point.

All i've been is polite whole time. And i said my good friend borrowed me the account to play ranked dota games. Because people at steam wont give me back my account. That i spend about 200euros on. I gave information more valuable then one email. You are the one who gives me the attitude because u dont understand the frustration of having something for 7 years and it's taken away from you just because you lost your number that i got back and returned the account, but i cant play or do anything. So please, if you dont have anything to add to help my problem, just go around this topic.

That's what you may think, but that's not what Steam Support thinks. To them that email is valuable and important.
