Trying to add the Free Minion Masters Pack. It won't let me, it just reads an error:

An error was encountered while processing your request:

There was a problem adding this product to your Steam account.

I have googled this, and other people got the same error and somehow fixed it by turning off family sharing. I have never had family sharing on. I've check it and it says:

No computer has been authorized for Family Library Sharing yet.

No account has been authorized for Family Library Sharing yet.

I've tried this from my work computer and my home computer, and still get the same error. I have tried logging out and back in.

I've got the same issue right now and I'm wondering how did you start the installation of the game if you can't add the game to your account though?
