Can't add a payment method

Uhm, I have been trying to add my visa as a payment method but everytime I confirm or continue I get this error "the billing address you entered is too long. please use a shortened version of your address or split it up into the two address fields."
Even by putting only one letter in the boxes... Can't find a way to contact steam about my issue so I decided to post it here, any help?

is anything of what you enter cyrillic letters? that might be an issue.

nope all letters are in English

I can suggest one of the following.

- Look at the address you have listed for your visa card from the account online, see where the problem. Could do Rd instead of Road, St instead of Street, and etc. If it's two sections, use the one sections, add the 2nd in the other box. If not working move onto the next one below.

- Use bank transfer, such as PayPal, or etc, that is available to you as an option. PayPal should accept your address, unless they also give you the same problem, then it would be problem you need to resolve, which is shorten your address on file for your credit card.

- You can try asking Steam for help if you want. Steam support > My account > Data related to my account > scroll to the bottom, click on contact support.

Well I think PayPal would solve the problem but I don't know how to add it as a payment method? When I try to add a method all I get is visa/mastercard but there is no PayPal. I remember that I purchased GTA V before with PayPal but now it seems that I can't find it for some reason...

Hmm I guess either contact support, or shorten your address on file for your visa credit card.

I already contacted them and waiting for their reply, thank you for your time and help.
