Download speed is way too slow!

I've been having issues with my download speed...I've been around the forums and discussions but I can't find any fix that actually works...I am downloading at 300-700 bytes/sec (yes...BYTES!!!) this is ridiculous...I've tried different serves but no improvement...here is my speed test in case it helps https://www.speedtest.net/result/8424418186

Try all download servers until you find one with speeds you are happy with.

There are over 130 to try.

Any server near me was slow as dirt. Nearest does not always equal faster.

Today, Rio was better for me. Yesterday, S. Korea was better. Btw... I'm on the East Coast.

Same thing here, switching servers doesn't fix it, it starts at about 300kb/s and ends up at around 5kb/s.

EDIT: May have spoke too soon, the Caribbean server is working pretty well.

EDIT2: Scratch that. It started off better than the rest but whatever server I'm on, it drops off after a while.

That's why I said try them all first. With over 130 to try, at least 1 will be good for you.

Like I said in the second edit, they all lose download speed after a short time, and if I restart the connection it's faster for a while but then it slows down again. It's something other than just server congestion.

It is not only the servers, it is traffic to/from them.

You don't have the bug. It drops off to single digit kb/s on ever single server, while other people are downloading fine.

Been having this problem the past couple days...servers in Honolulu have been crap since forever, and I've been using Finland for years, until I started downloading updates at like 20 kb/s all of a sudden. After trying out other regions, somehow West Africa seems to be the most reliable for me lol.
