update queued... WILL NOT update
i've been trying to play Stardew Valley for weeks now, but the game says "update queued" in my library. When I click "play," it can never complete the update, always with the message "connection timeout" or "mainfest unavailable." I've tried EVERYTHING in the Steam Support section, I've even emailed stardewvalley@gmail.com looking for help. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know what's going on?

I just want to play my favorite game again :-(

been trying that... so far i've restarted steam about 12 times using different download regions without any luck. does it usually take that many tries?

changing download regions finally worked! I think it's about my 30th try... West Africa was the winner!
