Seperate Launch options for the same game? or Duplicate games with different launch options?

Is there a way I can run the same game with different launch options? I want to be able to launch a game and Have it launch in different Resolutions depending on the shortcut I select.

For example: I have rocket league working in split screen with each player on their own monitor with a custom resolution. I want to be able to get this working with a separate entry in the steam library so I can still play solo without having to change launch options or resolution manually.

So ideally it would look like this
-Rocket League (No Launch Options)
-Rocket League 2 Player (Launch options -w 2560 -h 1026)

TL;DR
I want to be able to set different options for the same games when I want to play them twoplayer split screen plug and play style.

use desktop shortcuts for that.

in case steam://rung.... doesn't allow you to add options change it to the following:

Instead of "steam://rungameid/XXXXXXXX" use "-applaunch XXXXXXXX -with -desired -options"
