Waarom in gods naam duurt het 7 dagen tussen akkoord terugbetaling en werkelijk courant op steam-portemonee...... naar ideal snap ik, maar die portemonee beheren zij zelf ook!

kom op Steam.... 7 dagen wachten is zo 1990! Welkom in 2019!

1. A refund to the wallet takes up to 24 hours, not seven days.
2. You evidently don't know what process there is in place to reverse a transaction.

You evidently don't know what message steam sends to those who ask for a refund... Let me show you by copying the email i received:

Steam heeft je aankoopbedrag terugbetaald.
We hebben de terugbetaling naar je Steam-portemonnee overgemaakt. Het saldo wordt nu getoond als openstaand en wordt binnen 7 dagen beschikbaar om uit te geven.

evidence enough that they need up to 7 days... :-)

And for the process... I'm an expert on IT Service Automation and i know this process can be executed much quicker. Look at google, microsoft, amazon, etc. etc. Even the more smaller organizations do it already!

Zit je op een limited account? Normaal komt het geld binnen de 24 uur op je rekening(wallet) zoals hierboven gezegd.

refunds to wallet is for the majority of transactions 24 hour or less.

you get a more accurate time left if you click on the pending amount.

Geen idee. Het gaat meer om het principe. Tegenwoordig kan alles realtime en mijn punt is dat steam met de tijd en technology mee mag. En als het binnen 24 uur is, moeten ze dat juist communiceren.

Well if it's a human transaction, automate it. If it's a automated process, the sytem should easily cope with a sale and refunds in realtime or almost realtime, but 7 days??? Like i said, that's so 1990.

But when its very busy like now it can take up a bit longer, but if they would say “it will take up to 24hours l” but cant achieve that in a busy time l YOU would make a topic like;

“Wtf steam why the hell it takes longer then 24hours”

ah now i understand! So i can buy games and tell steam that the payment is taking a little bit longer because i had to buy some other things too! :-S

Normaal gesproken krijg je het in 24 uur terug, maar in bepaalde gevallen zoals een 'sale', kan alles net even wat langer duren. Daarom staat er ook 'up to 7 days'.

Heb het ook gehad dat ik meeste van mijn refunds terug kreeg binnen een dag, maar van 1 bepaalde game duurde het anderhalve week voordat ik het terug had.
